HOW TO USEÂ
[Directions]
- Neutralize your lip color with foundation or concealer.
- Dab the content to the bottom lip and gently apply color onto it.
- Press your lips gently together to distribute the tint naturally.
- Allow about 5 minutes for the application to dry.
To use as a Blush Tint:
- Dab small dots onto apples of cheeks.
- Use fingers to blend out formula using quick tapping motions.
